Humidification Systems

Industrial & Commercial Humidity Control Solutions

Humidification is the process of increasing the amount of moisture in the air to achieve and maintain optimal relative humidity levels. Low relative humidity is not only uncomfortable for workers but is also damaging to sensitive equipment, machinery, and materials. When the atmosphere is too dry, moisture is rapidly drawn from surrounding materials within the environment, including wooden furniture, textiles, paper products, fresh produce, livestock, and even people, leading to warping, cracking, spoilage, health issues, and significant productivity losses.

These negative effects can be effectively prevented by increasing and controlling the humidity level with a reliable humidification system. Maintaining a higher, consistent humidity level also delivers additional benefits, including reduced fire risk, minimised static electricity, and improved air quality, all critical factors in industrial, commercial, and agricultural environments.

Ultrasonic Humidification Systems

Our ultrasonic humidification system is the ideal solution for increasing the level of relative humidity within any room, warehouse, factory, or large commercial space. By introducing fine moisture back into the air, our system achieves precise humidity control without causing wet floors, surfaces, or excessive water dropout, making it one of the safest and most efficient humidity control systems available.

Ultra-fine dry fogs down to only 1 micron (0.001mm) are achievable, ensuring the soft, even plume of water droplets remains suspended in the air until full evaporation takes place. This advanced atomisation technology guarantees uniform humidity distribution throughout even the largest spaces. When complemented with our specially engineered water valve assembly, the unit becomes a highly efficient, low-maintenance, self-cleaning humidifier that reduces downtime and operational costs.

Self-Cleaning Nozzle Technology

The heavy-duty stainless steel water valve is controlled by the same compressed air supply used to activate the humidifier nozzle, simplifying installation and operation. A simple on/off signal is all that is required to activate the entire humidification system. When the signal is removed, the water valve automatically self-cleans the nozzle on every cycle by purging excess water, significantly reducing lime scale, mineral salts, and chalk build-up. This self-cleaning mechanism greatly extends the service life of the nozzles and dramatically lowers routine maintenance requirements.

Industrial & Large-Scale Humidification

For large industrial humidification and commercial humidification applications, including manufacturing facilities, printing houses, textile mills, food storage facilities, cold storage units, data centres, museums, archives, greenhouses, and agricultural buildings, nozzles can be strategically mounted in the roof space to raise humidity levels evenly without over-fogging. This ceiling-mounted approach delivers significant operational advantages, maintaining full visibility and workplace safety while achieving consistent, controlled humidity throughout the entire floor area.

Factories and warehouses where elevated humidification levels are essential can be economically and efficiently upgraded using our dry fog humidifier systems. Units are strategically positioned to deliver an even humidity level across the entire space, eliminating dry spots and humidity fluctuations. Mains water can be used in conjunction with a water purifier, and thanks to the unique self-cleaning nozzle design, there is virtually no risk of blocked nozzles or system downtime.

Whether you require a single-room humidifier or a complete multi-zone industrial humidification system, our solutions are engineered to deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective humidity control across a wide range of industries and applications.
