Cotswold Fluid Power were approached to offer a solution to packaging individual nozzle assemblies in a more secure fashion than the current system adopted by J D UltraSonics.

 

The new box will accommodate the main valve body, individual fittings for air and water, the selected nozzle and the mounting bracket with screws.

 

The box is of such a size to allow for convenient posting and affords good protection to all components ensuring scratching and other such marks are avoided during transit. On opening the box, the components are presented to the customer in a neat and appealing layout.
